The study of the environment.

This is the studying or learning much about the environment.
  
The study of the environment is termed as Geography.

Geography is the study of the environment and its surroundings.

The environment is composed of two types of components.

They include; Natural environment and man made environment.

Natural environment is the type of environment which was created by God.

Artificial environment is the environment that is composed of man's creatures.

These are man made features in the environment.

Geography.

This is the comprehensive study about the environment.

It can also be defined as the study of man and his surroundings.

Environment refers to man and his surroundings.

 It is classified into two categories which include physical and human environment s respectively.

Human environment

This is the type of environment which exists because of man's energy or influence.

Physical geography

This is the geography which deals around landform on the nature of the Earth's surface.

Mathematical geography

This is the type of geography that deals with fingers, measurements, cultivation and representation of maps.

Economic geography

This is the type of geography that deals with activities that help man to earn a living.

This also deals with commidies concerning with process or organs and way of  planting.

Political geography

This deals with human government according territories,and divisions of political unites like states, nations and towns.

Biology geography

This is the branch of geography which deals with distribution of plants and animals, games packs, game reserves and forests.

Cultural geography

This deals with future of earth surface produced or modified by human action.

Climatology

This is the study of climate, the people who specialize in the study of climate are called climatologist.

Demography

This is the study of population distribution.The people who are specialized in population census are called demographors.

Geology

This is a branch of geography which deals with the study of rocks.

The people who are specialized in the study of rocks are called geologists.

Deforestation
This is the cutting of trees on a large  sale.

Poaching
This is the illegal hunting of animals from game parks.

Air pollution
This is the contaminating of air in space especially by industrial fumes.

Land pollution
This is the misuse of Rand in the environment.

This occures when dangerous substances are dumped in the environment on the Earth's crust.

Why people Carry out the Human negative practices.

To get meat

To get fire wood

To get  timber

To get enough land for settlement.

To get enough land for agriculture

To get enough land for industrial revolution.

How to reduce on hese human activities that are negative.

By advising people to stop poaching

By advising people to practice aforetation.

By telling people the dangers of deforestation. 

Reducing on industrial pollution especially air pollution in the environment.

Examples of environment pollution

Deforestation
This is the type of pollution caused by man in the environment.

Poaching this is also caused by man and it causes death of animals.

Land pollution
This is the misuse of round by dumping waste materials on the earth crust.

Air pollution
This is a type of pollution caused by industrial fumes which are dumped into the air.


Positive environmental practices.

These are human activities and practices that conserve the environment.


Positive human activities done by people in the environment.

Re-afforestation 

This is the re-planting of free in places where they have been cut.

crop rotation 

This is the growing of crops which are different season after season on the same piece of land.

Terracing 

This is the making of trenches especially in hilly areas for water to pass through.

Mulching 

This is the covering of top soil with dry grass or leaves.

Afforestation 

This is the planting of trees in places where there is no vegetation cover.

Contour ploughing 

This is the growing of crops in raised places or soil.
